Following the government’s latest advice, as a purely e-commerce business with no physical retail store, we are operating and delivering our standard products as normal.
To keep our staff as safe as possible, our sales and customer service teams are working remotely, however customer experience should be as seamless and as efficient as always. The only thing we ask is that although our phones are still manned, if you can, please get in touch via email or our Live Chat facility where we will be able to help you more efficiently.
Our custom made covers and standard covers with printed logos may be delayed slightly (currently these are also not being delivered until the New Year), however we still aim to get these covers out to you, however we will be in touch directly if you already have an order placed with us.
For our standard stock such as our super soft stretch indoor car covers and our ultimate outdoor car cover, these items are still going out for deliveries as always, however due to demand delivery may be delayed a day or two during this busy period. We use DPD next day delivery to deliver these parcels, and for some overseas parcels; TNT.
DPD have assured us that they are still operating an extremely reliable service across their network and now adhere to a contact free delivery service. This means that the courier will deliver your parcel to your door, leave it for you and not require a signature, so there should be no reason to be in direct contact with the driver and you are able to stay inside you home.
We are taking every precaution keep our staff, customers and suppliers as safe as possible, and are following the UK Governments guidelines. We will keep everyone updated if there are any further changes or developments.
