After a couple of really great shows in July, we have refreshed ourselves and restocked ready for the next two in September. The calendar has been a little less forgiving this year with two lots of shows back to back, but it’s been great fun so far seeing such great turnouts at these events.
This weekend (1st-2nd September), we have the Beaulieu International Autojumble. This event is one of the largest sales of motoring items in the world. There are over 2000 stands selling everything from parts & accessories to automobilia & tools. It is said that if you can’t find it at Beaulieu, you can’t find it anywhere!
We will be on stand D15 in our usual spot, so do come and say hello.
The following weekend (7th-9th September) you will find us at the Goodwood Revival on stand 26 in the Revival Market.
This is one of the most popular race meetings in the UK, and it is generally for the types of vehicles that would have competed during the circuit’s original period between 1948 and 1966. If you have ever been to Goodwood Revival it’s got a completely unique atmosphere, as most people dress in period clothes and really add to the nostalgia.
The Goodwood Revival sees all kinds of cars from this period race around the completely untouched classic circuit, as well as some historic aircraft on display and other nostalgia from the period.
We will keep stock of our standard covers at both shows, so if you want one come and have a word with the team and we will be happy to advise you on the best cover for your car. There will be Super Soft Stretch Indoor, Ultimate Outdoor and Lightweight Breathable covers, but once they are all gone we will be able to post the covers out to you the following Monday.
