Delivery prices

Delivery prices are calculated at the checkout. Please choose your delivery country and postcode in the basket after you've added your items to see the delivery price. Our website will calculate shipping charges at this stage.  If ordering from outside the UK, you will be subject to additional customs and import duties, which we are unable to calculate as these are set by each country. 

Our prices are based on the following:-

UK

• FREE NEXT WORKING DAY Mainland UK Delivery *
• Orders in the UK are sent with DPD
• Orders for standard covers placed before 2pm will be sent out the same working day wherever possible
• Orders are sent using a tracked, next working day service.  Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost. 
• Due to new DPD policy, delivery will be attempted once, and if the parcel cannot be delivered it will be taken to the nearest local DPD Pickup Shop. 

Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands

• Postcodes in Ireland and select areas of Scotland are subject to additional delivery surcharges.

Europe

• Pricing to ship to Europe starts from £15.00.  

USA & Canada

• From £35.00

Asia & UAE

• From £35.00  

New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Israel, Mexico and the rest of the world

• From £50.00

Russia

• We are no longer shipping to Russia

Delivery tracking

Tracking information will be sent to you by email and/or SMS text message when we dispatch the order. You can use this to track your order online.

Delivery timescales

Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is usually between 3-5 working days, however please bear in mind parcels can be held up at customs awaiting the duties payment. 

Customs charges

All orders are sent from the United Kingdom. If you're ordering from outside the UK then you will be subject to extra charges for customs clearance and for some countries we require additional information such as ID numbers. We are unable to calculate what this charge will be, and any customs fees are not included in our delivery charges. Please call for information or contact the relevant customs office.

Any problems

If your order has not arrived, you have received an incorrect item or have any other problems with your delivery, please call us on 01938 561717 and we will look in to it straight away.

* Shipping to most of the UK is free, however there are some more remote postcodes which do have a small surcharge - this will be calculated in the checkout.
