We began the new year how we ended the last. That is, drenched. With a series of weather fronts flung from the Atlantic Ocean, much of the UK was battered by high winds and sat under deep water during the Christmas break and into 2014. As I write this in late January, many are still coming to terms with the damage the floodwater has caused. Sundial Towers avoided the worst of this weather, but it did put our C43’s new car cover to the test, and it was a great feeling to return in January and see the grey blanket still in place.
