This year Caterham are celebrating an incredible 60 years of the Caterham Seven. In 1957, Colin Chapman built his first small two seater sports car with the idea of building a fun track car that was purely fit for this purpose. Colin Chapman stuck by his mantra of “Simplify, then add lightness.” This was the start of the iconic and wild Caterham Seven. Caterham remain as one of the rare few British car manufacturers who have stuck to their roots after all this time.
Whilst Caterham are celebrating 60 years of the Seven, we at Classic Additions are also extremely proud to be celebrating our partnership with Caterham for our own truly British product. Classic Additions have now been supplying Caterham for the past two years with a customised black super soft stretch indoor car cover. We designed a unique size and cut for the Caterham Seven, using our super soft satin fabric which allows the cover to cling to the car whilst its subtle sheen gives an elegant finish.
