As Aston Martin celebrates 50 years of automotive excellence, we at Classic Additions Ltd are proud to reflect on over 30 years of supplying this iconic British brand with bespoke indoor and outdoor car covers.

From our very first involvement in 1994 with the launch of the Aston Martin DB7, to today’s cutting-edge models, we have been privileged to play a role in Aston Martin’s journey over the last 30 years. This year, alongside their remarkable anniversary, Aston Martin has also received the prestigious Royal Warrant from King Charles III—an accolade that celebrates the brand’s enduring commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

50 Years of Aston Martin: A Legacy of Innovation and Luxury

Founded in 1913, Aston Martin has become synonymous with sophistication, luxury, and performance. For half a century, the brand has created some of the world’s most admired automobiles, each a symbol of British engineering excellence. From the legendary DB5, immortalized by James Bond, to the modern-day Vantage and DB12, Aston Martin continues to push the boundaries of innovation while remaining grounded in its rich heritage.

As Aston Martin marks its 50th year, it is a time to honour not only the incredible cars that have become automotive legends, but also the visionary people who have dedicated themselves to making Aston Martin a global symbol of prestige. It’s a true testament to the brand’s unwavering focus on craftsmanship, performance, and luxury.

A Royal Warrant: A Mark of Distinction

In 2025, Aston Martin was awarded a Royal Warrant by King Charles III, recognizing the brand as a supplier of exceptional goods and services to the British monarchy. This prestigious honour is not only a recognition of Aston Martin’s extraordinary commitment to excellence, but also a significant milestone in the brand’s history. A Royal Warrant is awarded only to those who have consistently provided the highest quality products and services to the royal family, and it is an endorsement that places Aston Martin among the very best in British luxury manufacturing.

This recognition is a well-deserved tribute to Aston Martin’s ongoing pursuit of perfection, and it serves as a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone who has been part of the Aston Martin journey over the years.

Looking Forward: The Next 50 Years of Aston Martin

As Aston Martin continues to evolve and innovate, we are excited to see where the next 50 years will take the brand. The Royal Warrant and the 50th anniversary mark an incredible moment in Aston Martin’s history, but they also signal the beginning of a new era - one that will undoubtedly continue to inspire automotive enthusiasts around the world.
