Ain't No Mountain High Enough (DHL’s theme song) was exactly what happened when we got an email from BOLD Worldwide no less which is in the Forbes top 100 Ad Agencies in the USA asking for a reveal silk for their photo and filming shoot for BMW in Manhattan New York.
No problem, but when they needed this for next day we knew that this was going to be one of the tightest deadlines to date. The challenge was now well and truly on!
Due to DHL collections taking place in the mornings we pulled a few favours and got our dedicated DHL driver to meet us at a designated time and place so the handover could take place. Once she was on her way parcel in hand later that day fingers and legs were crossed. Next morning we tracked the parcel and it was on route to the USA touching down in New York at 06.57. We still had to clear customs but this went straight through and it went on its merry way to the sorting facility. I won’t bore you with the rest but the happy news is we got this cover there in less than 24 hours. Thank you to everyone who had a helping hand in getting this reveal to the destination, thank you to BOLD Worldwide for giving us the challenge (they have promised not to do it again) and myself who kept a cool head throughout be it a little less hair.
