Classic Additions have been very busy lately helping out with a whole new experience over at Volkswagen. Thanks in part to the power of the Internet, Google Reviews, Twitter and - perhaps most importantly - the AutoExpress Driver Power Survery, car dealerships across the country are jumping over each other to improve their customer service and provide customers with a new kind of car buying reality.
Our friends at Volkswagen have been working very hard on improving their handover process and according to this article written by AutoExpress, they are doing an excellent job! What we're really excited about, though, is that Volkswagen chose some Classic Additions semi-fit Car Covers to help make the introduction of new owners to their new cars a little bit more spedcial.
It was an honour to work with Volkswagen UK, and since the new handover experience began to develop we have spoken to other companies that are keen to see what they can improve on when it comes to the dealership handover process. The excitement of having your car revealed to you from underneath a specially printed cover can really make you feel like a VIP and add a touch of glamour to an exciting day.
750 individual stretchy reveal covers were made, printed, bagged and sent out by our busy staff here at Classic Additions in less than 2 months, and we think the end result was fantastic. VW and AutoExpress seem to agree, and we are delighted to be able to say that, since finishing the covers for VW UK, we have worked with Volkswagen Australia to develop the handover process over there too!
