We are delighted to announce that we now have an Ultimate Outdoor Car Cover for the Volkswagen Transporter.
Many VW Transporters stay parked up outside during the winter months due to them being used as holiday campers or are often too big to garage. We found that our largest Ultimate Outdoor Car Cover’s weren’t quite big enough for the VW Transporter, so the only option would have been to purchase a fully custom made Ultimate Outdoor Car Cover. The solution to this was to develop a unique outdoor car cover specifically designed to fit the VW T4/T5/T6. This uniquely cut cover offers all the benefits of the Custom Made Ultimate Outdoor Car Cover, but at a much more affordable price.
Using our Ultimate Outdoor cover material, the new covers are manufactured from our most advanced fabric; waterproof, breathable, strong and stretchy. These covers use an advanced Nanotechnology formula giving a unique water resistant coating to ensure long term protection. These covers are available in our most UV friendly light grey.
Fresh from the warehouse, we decided to take a cover down to our local independent VW Transporter specialists to try it on to make sure it was a perfect fit and get some photos. We arrived at Salop Vans (Shrewsbury) in the morning and first of all had a look at all the fantastic vehicles they have for sale. Salop Vans then very kindly let us try our cover on a stunning blue 2016 T6. The Transporter Ultimate Outdoor cover is the largest Ultimate cover we supply, but rolling it out wasn’t a difficult task at all. We placed the cover on the roof, and unrolled it across the length of the vehicle. Once it was unrolled we pulled the soft cover over the sides of the vehicle and used the front and rear straps to secure the cover down (perfect for keeping the cover secure no matter the weather). The beauty of this cover is that it has the option of being secured under the middle using a cable lock.
As expected, the cover fitted beautifully and we had great feedback on the side zip - a really practical feature should anyone want to open the van up whilst it is under its cover.
Later on in the day, our courier arrived to collect all the covers that were going out for next day delivery, and he turned up in an unusual dark burgundy coloured 2015 VW Transporter. Our courier very kindly let us take some photos of the new cover on his van, so we got some photos of this too.
